At Manish Enterprises, Pune, every Backlit Acrylic Sheet is custom-made to order according to the client's confirmed design, size, and layout. Each piece is crafted with precision and care to ensure perfect fit, glow, and finish for your project.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

• Once the client confirms the final design, layout, or size through WhatsApp or email, the order is considered final and approved.
• Immediately after confirmation, the sheet moves into fabrication and cutting, and materials are reserved specifically for that project.
• Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• All Backlit Acrylic Sheets are custom-fabricated, hence no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
• In the rare event of damage during transit, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video without any pauses, breaks, or tampering.
• The video must begin before opening the outer box and continue until the product is fully unboxed, showing all sides and packaging layers clearly.
• Incomplete, edited, or unclear videos will not be considered, and such claims will not be entertained.
• Upon verification of valid evidence, a replacement may be arranged for genuine transit damage cases only. Replacement timelines depend on design complexity and courier route.

Packaging & Delivery Safety

• Each product is carefully packed using protective bubble wrap, corner guards, and rigid outer layers.
• For outstation deliveries, every acrylic sheet is sandwiched between two MDF boards to prevent cracks or bends and ensure safe delivery.
• This MDF protection is an extra layer of safety for long-distance transport and handling.
