Welcome to Manish Enterprises, Pune. By visiting our website, contacting us through WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Custom Orders

• All Backlit Acrylic Sheets are custom-made to order as per the client's approved size, design, and layout.
• Once the design or layout is confirmed by the client, the order moves directly into production.
• Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Artwork Ownership & Usage Rights

• All artwork, layouts, and designs used by Manish Enterprises are legally owned or licensed for commercial use.
• These designs are used exclusively for product fabrication and cannot be resold, copied, or distributed by any client or third party.

3. Design Approval

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all details such as measurements, spelling, and layout before final approval.
• After approval, Manish Enterprises will not be responsible for any corrections or alterations requested later.

4. Payment Terms

• Orders are processed only after full or advance payment confirmation.
• Remaining balance (if any) must be cleared before dispatch.
• Prices may vary depending on sheet size, material thickness, and courier rates.

5. Processing & Delivery

• Standard processing time: 3–5 business days for standard sizes and 5–7 days for custom or large orders.
• Delivery time varies from 2–9 business days depending on the destination and courier service.
• Delivery and installation charges are extra and communicated before dispatch.

6. Packaging & Handling

• All products are securely packed using protective bubble wrap, film, and corner guards.
• For outstation deliveries, every sheet is sandwiched between two MDF boards for extra safety and damage protection.
• Manish Enterprises is not liable for courier delays or mishandling by third-party transport services.

7. Damage & Replacement Policy

• In case of transit damage, the client must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded without any pauses, breaks, or edits.
• The video must start before opening the package and show the entire unboxing process clearly.
• Incomplete, unclear, or edited videos will not be accepted, and such claims will not be entertained.
• After proper verification, a replacement will be arranged only for genuine damage claims.

8. Installation

• Installation services are available within Pune city limits only.
• Installation charges are extra, depending on design complexity and wiring requirements.
• For outstation deliveries, installation guidance is provided remotely.

9. Intellectual Property

• All mockups, product images, and text content belong exclusively to Manish Enterprises.
• Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptance of Policy

• By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Refund & Return Policy and Processing & Delivery Policy available on this website.
